GOALIE ONLY CLINIC

LaCouture Hockey's mission and philosophy is to help goalies to maximize their potential by learning proper fundamentals and technical skills to make them a better goalie and gain confidence in their play. 

At LaCouture Hockey, we concentrate on the individual goalies progression by working with each goalie at the different levels of their development by being mentors over their career.  A goalie’s development is taken in stages by utilizing the importance of mental focus on and off the ice which elevates your play and eliminates distractions.  The Clinic Fundamentals are Proper Positioning and Angles, Controlling rebounds, puck recovery and puck placement and the importance of Conditioning both on and off the ice with the critical importance of proper diet and nutrition.
